My name is Sarah Denise, and I’m a multi-disciplined creative currently based in Beijing, China. I am a trained dancer, who has been fire dancing for the past few years, and doing aerial circus for over a decade. I am also a fashion and costume designer, and make most of my outfits.

I create ritual like burlesque performances that smoulder, unfold, and ignite. Impossible to look away from as a celebration of expression and femininity.

Booking and FAQ

If interested in booking, please first provide as much information about the event as possible, what you are looking for, and what type of budget you are trying to make it work with.
We will then respond with a rate quote.
£200 for one floor act, £300 for two floor acts.
Travel rates are 45p/mile if driving and if not a standard class train ticket to the venue and back (and/or public transport).
Accommodation is not required if performing in Manchester, London, Ipswich, (UK) All other bookings that are multi-day or finish after the last train has gone home will require accommodation.
All payment must be received by BACS as instructed on my invoice whereby payment is due 28 days after I send it, after which late fees will apply.
I can offer flexible pricing for events that centre LGBTQIA+, BPOC and SWANA experiences, however this is at my discretion so don’t be offended if I charge you my normal rates.
If you wish to book me for international bookings, UK bookings very far from Manchester (e.g. Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Shetland Islands, The Highlands) or festivals, pricing is on a case-by-case basis so please mention this in your enquiry.
I love to travel, and do it often.
Travel needs will vary depending on location and event.
Anything not within reasonable driving distance will require air, hotel, and daily per diem for the total number of performers, including one safety, in addition to the cost of the show.
Flow Arts is usually used to describe the meditation of movement-based artforms that put together dancing while using tools, props or toys to create beautiful patterns using said tools. Prop manipulation in its finest form. Flow Arts can be used to describe a few more well known things such as Hula Hooping, juggling and sphere manipulation, but there is a large list of much more. We primarily focus on Fire Dancing which is using props designed to sustain the heat of fire and create mesmerizing performances.
